Kochi: The Muthoot papachan group informed thier willing to take over the project of Smart city.Thomas george muthoot said that they have done an unofficial meeting with goverment related to this project.The structure and plan of this project has been submitted to Chief minister V.S. Achuthanandan for evaluation and If the government grant approval for this project then we will proceed with that . Thomas george muthoot added.
